On hand offering styling advice was Sally Mackinnon of Styled by Sally, one of the most experienced Stylists in Melbourne. Her natural eye for style, knowledge of body shapes, trends and the local retail market allow her to meet the needs of her clients regardless of their lifestyle and budget.
Sally has selected five styles from Peter Sheppard's current collection, which she predicts will be the most coveted shoes to be wearing this summer.
Any brand who crafts shoes in size 42 is a winner in Sally's eyes. A size 42 herself, Sally owns and loves several Paul Green styles for their versatility and comfort. PARKEL is crafted in a luxuriously soft 'antelope' or black suede, yet the shoe still screams summer. The gold accents pair nicely with denim, whites and linens... In other words, everything you'll be wearing in warm weather!
With it's toe shape, KEARY is 'Chanel-esque'. While it's also available in biscuit (on sale!) and black, Sally says she simply cannot go past a white shoe. White shoes will pair with almost anything in your wardrobe and will automatically lift an outfit. A feminine block heel at just the right height offers all-day comfort and the weave is the cherry on top when it comes to this gorgeous heel.
According to Sally, all women should have a suede pop of colour in their shoe cupboard and SAMUEL could be that shoe! This bright and funky flat will match with almost anything in your wardrobe though Sally suggests you opt for neutrals, denims and whites. Samuel is also available in burnt orange and black.
