We offer free return labels for exchanges. If you are opting for a refund, a postage label will be sent to your email at a cost of $13.10.

Please note, we do not refunds on orders processed with Afterpay or Klarna. A credit note or exchange will be issued.

Yes, online returns can be dropped off to your nearest Peter Sheppard Footwear store. The store will ask for your online order confirmation and send the item to our head office.

Please note, we do not process refunds in-store, these will be sent to HO and processed by our customer service team.

If you like an item in-store and wish to exchange, our stores will happily help you find a replacement and process the exchange within the store.
