Our shoes are made from all parts of the world, e.g. America, Italy, Spain and Germany are just a few.

When purchasing online, if the shoe is not satisfactory, a full refund or exchange is available. Shoes must be returned in their original condition & box within 14 days of arrival, along with a copy of your receipt. Refunds will only be processed by our Mail Order Depart- ment. Exchanges can be processed throught any of our stores.

If you change your mind you can exchange for something else, or get a Credit Note for a later purchase. Exchanges can be processed through any of our stores.

All shoes are posted via Australia Post and take 7 to 10 working days.

Depending on how many shoes are purchased will depend on the postage cost. See the postage chart for cost.

We have a comprehensive range of shoe care and cleaning prod- ucts available for leathers, suedes and fabrics. When speaking to one of our staff, they will advise you accordingly.

We have a range of handbags and our staff can advise you accordingly.

All prices of our shoes are based on the recommended retail prices and we do not enter into price cutting.
